We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-59MLTE2CD9) with Consent Mode v2 enabled. For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), analytics cookies are blocked by default until you explicitly consent via our cookie banner.
When consent is denied, GA4 sends cookieless pings that do not identify you personally. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.
We also use HubSpot (EU data centre) for contact forms and CRM. HubSpot's tracking script is loaded only after you accept cookies — if you reject, or have not yet chosen, it is not loaded and none of its cookies are set. Where it is loaded, it sets a first-party visitor token (hubspotutk) that lets us see which page an enquiry came from. You can still submit any form on this site with tracking rejected; the enquiry simply arrives without that source information.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics. Contact form data is retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 6 years for legal compliance. Newsletter subscriptions persist until you unsubscribe.
Google Analytics data may be processed in the United States under Google's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Vercel hosting operates globally with data centres in the EU, US, and Asia.
We use HTTPS across all subdomains, apply Content Security Policy headers where feasible, and restrict admin access behind authenticated sign-in. No payment data is collected or stored by us directly.
Our services are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
